Defender Axel Tuanzebe is set to make his Ipswich Town debut against Fulham tomorrow, while keeper Christian Walton will likely make his return from injury.
Town host the Cottagers at Portman Road with a place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals up for grabs (7.45pm)
And, in this afternoon's pre-match press conference, assistant boss Martyn Pert revealed that ex-Manchester United defender Tuanzebe, who signed for the Blues in September, will play some part in the clash.
Keeper Walton, who hasn't played all season due to a foot injury, is also set to be involved.
Pert said of the pair: “They’ve been training really well for the last month.
“Axel’s obviously been in since the early part of September. He's trained really well, built that foundation there that he can get some minutes in the game.”
Aside from longer-term injury absentees Wes Burns (shoulder) and Lee Evans (knee), only centre-back Elkan Baggott is an injury issue, but he should be available tomorrow.
Pert explained of Baggott: "He had a back issue with the travel coming back from Indonesia via somewhere else.
“I think it was quite normal in terms of rectifying it, it wasn’t a major issue. He’s been training today.
“Everyone’s training quite well. Obviously Wes has got the problem with his shoulder but otherwise everyone’s in good shape.”
The Blues are likely to make multiple changes to the starting XI for the clash, though Pert insisted that boss Kieran McKenna has yet to decide on his starters.
