A store in Ipswich's Dial Lane which was formerly used by a clothing business has been put up for rent.

Zeebra Chic, which was open in Ipswich town centre for nearly 10 years, closed in June after owner Heather Carr said that the business will be focusing on TikTok to continue growing sales.

Now the three-storey property has been put up for rent by property agent, Readers Commercial, at a rate of £15,000 per annum.

The site has a retail unit on the ground floor, with the option for the floors above to be used as either offices or residential units, subject to planning applications.

She added: "I have built up an amazing community on TikTok. They are all ladies across the country. They are so supportive."

The Dial Lane store closed at the end of June, with Ms Carr stating that it is "not feasible" to keep it going.
