A broken down lorry is causing long delays on the A12 near Ipswich.
Police were called to the incident in the Ipswich-bound carriageway at about 5.25am on Tuesday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the Volvo HGV became stuck in shingle after breaking down.
Recovery for the vehicle has arrived at the scene, the spokesman has confirmed.
According to the AA Traffic Map there are severe delays of 25 minutes in the area.
