A woman was airlifted to hospital in serious condition after a crash in a village outside of Ipswich.
Emergency services were called to Elm Lane near Wenham Road in Copdock just before 8.45am on Sunday following reports of a crash involving a car and a bicycle.

An ambulance, ambulance officer and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.

The road was also blocked between Back Lane and London Road while officers attended the scene.
The cyclist, an adult woman, was then airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge in a serious condition.
