The A12 has been reopened in both directions after a crash between a car and a van near the Suffolk-Essex border.
Emergency services were called to the northbound carriageway near Dedham at just after 7.15am on Monday following reports of the crash.
Police are at the scene and say there were no serious injuries.
Another vehicle also broke down nearby, on the southbound carriageway, which caused the road to be closed in the other direction.
Police now say the road has been fully reopened and traffic is beginning to resume as normal.
