A Kesgrave man has denied installing cameras inside his home to spy on a woman.

Before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday was Ngonidzashe Williams, of Alberta Close, 58, who denied coercive and controlling behaviour in an intimate relationship.

The court heard a series of incidents are said to have occurred over five years between June 14 2019 and June 14 2024.

Williams is alleged to have accused the woman of sleeping with other men, installed tracking apps on her phone and installed cameras inside his home to see who was in the house.

The court also heard Williams is alleged to have emailed her workplace resigning from her job without her consent.

He also denies using violence against her and denies sending a grossly offensive message to the woman on June 13 this year.

Judge Emma Peters set the trial date for June 1, 2026.
