Ipswich biggest Christmas tree festival is to return to the town this month with more than 100 trees on display.
St Mary le Tower, which will be redesignated Ipswich Minster in 2025, will once again welcome thousands of visitors to the annual event.
A celebration of the life and community of Ipswich, the festival will include more than 100 real and artificial trees sponsored or bought by a variety of businesses, charities, community groups and individuals.
The festival has been running for more than a decade, with this year set to be the longest running festival, being open across two weekends.
As well as the trees there will also be free children's activities, a café and a nativity scene in front of the high altar.
Vicar of St Mary le Tower, the Reverend Tom Mumford, said: "We are so excited to throw open our doors for Trees at the Tower again this year.
"At a time of real challenge for our nation and our world, we hope people will experience the warmth of our welcome, but also something of the hope and joy Christmas brings, even in, like the first Christmas, the most difficult of times.
"As the civic church of Ipswich, to become Ipswich Minster in January, we are particularly delighted by the range of sponsors, businesses, and charities that are supporting the festival this year.
"There will be an special community feel about it, which is of course fitting. As the town church, soon to be Ipswich’s minster church, this beautiful place belongs to all."
This year, money raised will be split between the Mayor of Ipswich's charities and the church.
The event is free to attend and will run from November 29 to December 8.
