An empty unit which was built for a beer company before they pulled out has gone up for rent on Ipswich Waterfront.
The unit is in half of the building which was set to be a BrewDog on Ipswich Waterfront, next to the Winerack.
The other half of the building is set to become a Londis convenience store - with work continuing in the unit at Albion Wharf.
BrewDog pulled out of moving into the unit in December 2022, and the unit has been empty since.
The current vacant space available for rent currently has a number of sofas inside, the purpose of which is not known.
The available space measures at 3,068 sq ft and comprises a class E premises meaning it can serve a wide range of uses.
There is also a mezzanine which provides first floor accommodation.
An opening date for the new Londis store is yet to be announced.
