It's game on for an Ipswich pub who are hoping to drum up a good bar tab for Christmas with the help of a rising darts star.

The Golden Hind in Ipswich will be raffling off a dart board signed by 17-year old Luke 'The Nuke' Littler, which has been donated by businessman Barry Griffiths.

The raffle money will go behind the bar to treat pub regulars and those who may feel isolated on Christmas Day to a drink and something to eat.

He said: "I called the guys at the pub up and said that I really wanted to give back to the local Ipswich community.

"The idea was that if the pub opens Christmas Day, the money that we can raise from the raffle tickets will hopefully buy everyone a drink and a bit of food.

"Everyone deserves to have a good Christmas.

"The pub is doing something amazing for the community by opening Christmas morning and I think this is a great way to support them and the local community."
