A town centre bed and mattress shop has been put on sale.
Belfast Beds in Westgate Street, Ipswich, opened in 2021 and was the second store from the Cambridge-based chain.
Previously Bonmarché ladies' fashion used to operate from the unit.
The business has now been put on sale for £250,000 on Zoopla and Rightmove by the Paul Hubbard property group.
The property was originally three separate properties which were combined to create one spacious store over two floors and has a total area of more than 4,000 sq ft.
However, additional planning permission was granted by Ipswich Borough Council in May 2023 to develop the property into six separate units, with three on the ground floor commercial units and three residential units on the first floor.
Belfast Beds had offered the return of a familiar name to Ipswich town centre - since the store was a Belfast Linen shop for many years, from around 1950s onwards.
