An Ipswich man accused of rape will have to wait until June 2026 for his trial to take place.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday ( November 11) for a plea and trial preparation hearing was 29-year-old Trashigim Kastrati, of Cobbold Street, Ipswich.
He denied two offences of raping the alleged victim on July 23, 2022.
His trial, which is expected to last five days, will get underway on June 22, 2026, and a pre-trial review will take place on June 17, 2026.
Kastrati is on bail.
