A pub in Ipswich which has become a hub for home fans at Portman Road has applied to have outdoor seating on matchdays.
The Curve bar in Princes Street has sent an application to Ipswich Borough Council to have two tables outdoors during Ipswich Town matches.
It has sought permission to have the tables outside from 8am to 11pm, only on days when the Blues are playing at home.
Pubs and bars in the town fill up earlier on Ipswich matchdays, particularly when Town play at Portman Road.
There have been five home games so far this season against Liverpool, Fulham, Aston Villa, Everton and Leicester City, with the next being against Manchester United on Sunday, November 24.
On all occasions, pubs have been full hours before kick-off.
Other clubs in town, such as the Halberd Inn, have also previously sent applications to the borough council to extend their hours of service during matchdays.
The licensing committee will discuss the licence application for the Curve bar in due course.
