Plans have been submitted to convert a house comprising of eight flats into four townhouses.
Ipswich Borough Council received the plans for the house situated in Hervey Street in Ipswich, which is close to the town's Christchurch Park.
The plans would include minor elevational and roof changes, according to recently-submitted proposals visible on the council's planning portal.
Vehicle parking spaces would be increased from the current three that are available to six, and five cycle spaces would also be created.
Out of the four townhouses that would be created, three of them would be three-bedroom and one would be two-bedroom.
The maximum number of people that the four houses would be able to accommodate is 19.
Apart from internal changes, parking increases and minor elevational and roof changes, nothing else will change as part of the plans.
Two of the houses would be two-storey with the other two being three-storey.
Ipswich Borough Council will discuss the plans in due course.
