A Parisian-inspired café and bar will open in an Ipswich unit that has been vacant for a number of years.
The former premises of The Orangery in The Walk will be taken over by a new café and bar called The Crafty Fox.
The unit was first listed for letting by estate agent Fenn Wright in 2023, after being vacant for several years when the former café closed down.

The Crafty Fox says it is hoping to open its doors to customers within the next few months.
A spokesman for the new Ipswich business said: "We are very excited about taking on this new venture and can't wait to open.

"We have just started renovations, as we have only just received the keys yesterday, into what will be a Parisian-inspired café bar with a twist, called The Crafty Fox.
"We are working hard to open as soon as possible, hopefully before Christmas. We are very much looking forward to welcoming everybody here in the very near future.
"Our team has a lot of experience in hospitality and marketing, so we look forward to bringing something new and different to the town. I think the walk is a perfect setting for what we have planned."
This comes after Threads for All, a new clothing shop, also recently opened nearby in The Walk.
