A diversion will be in place while a road in Ipswich is shut for three days.

Packard Avenue in Ipswich will close later this month for carriageway resurfacing works.

It will be closed from 8am to 6pm starting on Wednesday, November 13, and ending on Friday November 15.

The closure is to ensure the safety of highway users and Suffolk Highways workers.

During the works, traffic will be diverted through Nansen Road, Rands Way, Rands Circle and vice versa.

To enable Suffolk Highways to carry out work as planned road users have been asked to move their vehicles from the area highlighted by no parking cones.
