Earlier this week we reported that the The Music Room in Wykes Bishop Street was closing after a post was made on social media.
However, events manager Darren Smith has confirmed that the venue is still very much open - there had just been a bit of confusion caused because two events were moving to other venues.
The Abrakadavra Tattoo Art Club Halloween Party on November 2 will now be at The Club on the Cornhill, and the Deadsoul Festival on November 9 will now be at The Baths.
Darren said: "We just want to make sure everyone is aware that the venue is open and that all events from December will be going ahead as expected."
