The former Body Shop premises in Ipswich town centre has a temporary tenant.
Calendar Club's pop-up shop is setting up at 17 Tavern Street for the 2024 festive season.
The Body Shop store in Ipswich closed in March this year after the beauty retailer went into administration and a number of its stores were shut.
The Calendar Club - a calendar store business which has also sells diaries and gifts - been on the high street for 25 years has operated for several years out a unit in Westgate Street.
It launched in Ipswich this month and continues until early January.
The short-term agreement is with a long-term client of commercial property agents Penn Commercial.
Rachael Jackson of Penn Commercial said: “Calendar Club is always a welcome addition to Ipswich’s retail offering at Christmas time, and we are confident that their new site at 17 Tavern Street – right in the heart of the town’s busiest thoroughfare – will prove a great hit with festive shoppers.”
