A road near an Ipswich primary school will be closed over five days to allow urgent work to be carried out.
Cedarcroft Road will be shut between 8am and 6pm from Monday, October 28 until Friday, November 1 meaning the works will take place during the half-term break and should not affect parents picking up children from St Pancras Catholic Primary School.
While the road is closed drivers will be diverted via Chesterfield Drive, Beechcroft Road, Elmcroft Road, Pinecroft Road and vice versa.
A spokesman for Suffolk Highways said: "To enable us to carry works out as planned, we ask that local road users please move their vehicles from the area highlighted by 'no parking' cones."
