A 90-year-old remains in hospital after being hit by a car in Hadleigh.
The incident happened between 7.40pm and 8.10pm on Wednesday, October 9, as the man was crossing High Street at the junction of Duke Street.
The driver left the scene without leaving any details, a police spokesman said.
The man suffered a broken ankle as a result of the incident and is recovering in hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses and ask for anyone with dashcam footage or any other information to come forward.
