An award-winning comedian has announced that his new international tour will make its way to Ipswich in 2025.

The 'Persian Comedy Powerhouse' Omid Djalili will be bringing his international Namaste tour to Ipswich Regent Theatre on Friday, January 17.

The tour will reach Suffolk after visiting various comedy venues across Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and eventually the UK.

The new show will tackle themes such as climate change, terrorism, financial instability and oceanic pollution as: "No government gets a green card. No tyrant avoids a take down."
