Bus services have been disrupted as a busy road in Ipswich has become flooded once again.
A stretch of Sproughton Road has been closed on Wednesday morning as a result of flooding caused by heavy overnight rain.
Despite the road closure, drivers are still travelling through the flooded area.
However, bus services have been disrupted as a result of the road closure.
A spokesman for Ipswich Buses said: "Due to flooding under Sproughton Road Bridge buses are unable to serve Bramford Road and Sproughton Road.
"Buses will be diverting via Civic Drive, Handford Road, Hadleigh Road, A1070, B1113 to Sproughton.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
The road became submerged underwater on Monday as a result of persistent rain.
Sproughton Road regularly floods after periods of heavy rainfall, with the road being closed on a number of occasions in recent years due to standing water.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Highways said: "Following reports of flooding on Sproughton Road, warning signs have been installed and we are continuing to monitor the location."
