An Ipswich man who illegally dumped household waste near a church has been fined £120.
Jack Brittain is said to have dumped his rubbish on the open ground by his home in St Clements Church Lane, near the town centre.
The rubbish included a broken wardrobe, black bin bags containing household waste, a broken coffee table and a broken photograph frame.
Brittain admitted a single charge of depositing without an environmental permit controlled or extractive waste and was fined £120 at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich.
The offence happened on September 11 last year.
He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £48, along with costs of £100 - meaning he had to pay out a total of £268 for the offence.
