A long-running fitness gym in Ipswich has expanded its offerings and building to start specialised classes.
The Fitness Unit, in the Quadrangle in Nacton Road, has opened a further floor to serve as a new Pilates and yoga studio.
Owners, mother and daughter duo Anita and Rachel Bond, have run The Fitness Unit for almost 17 years.
The Fitness Unit moved to Nacton Road in April this year allowing for more space and the room to expand, with starting Pilates and yoga classes in the plans at the time of the move.
Anita said: "As more people are conscious about their well being we wanted to enable clients to improve their mobility flexibility and strength without any impact on their joints."
The duo are qualified Pilates and yoga teachers and the classes will be taught in small groups.
The opening of their studio is on Saturday, September 28, which combines with their annual Macmillan Coffee Morning.
They have invited people along between 9am and 12pm to check out the new studio.
