A new postal delivery service shop has opened in a shopping centre in the town, offering help to smaller businesses and the public.
Topparcel Shop Ltd's new branch can be found at the Sailmakers Shopping Centre.
The delivery service has opened in the former Vitamin Bar on the ground floor, next to Potatoes & More.
The business was created to simplify the process of sending parcels around the world, comparing prices of different courier services and providing PO Box and package pick-up sites.
Eagle Deliveries company director, Bruno Fernandes, said: "We're really excited to be part of the Ipswich community and to offer a wide range of services to meet the growing needs of local businesses and individuals.
"Our new shop focuses on services such as PO Boxes, storage solutions, and a variety of other postal-related services.
"We're particularly geared towards supporting new e-commerce businesses by offering storage and fulfilment services through our four warehouses, which provide a perfect solution for those who may not have the space themselves."
The company is also developing an app which will allow people to manage their PO boxes easier.
They are also making a platform designed to streamline business mail which involves taking over the collection and distribution of mail for smaller business to help them.
The company also helps individuals who want to send mail somewhere in the UK or internationally, offering packing and labelling services.
Mr Fernandes continued: "We provide short-term storage for shoppers who need a safe place for their belongings while they explore the town.
"Looking ahead, we're expanding into even more services, such as money exchange and becoming a drop-off point for major courier companies like Evri, Yodel, DPD, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail.
"There’s a lot to explore, and our goal is to maximize the efficiency and convenience for our customers."
The shop is the latest to open in the shopping centre, which has launched a drive to fill the empty units inside the centre.
