A building on Ipswich Waterfront is looking to sell three units to convert them into restaurants.
The Winerack in Key Street is a modern building that overlooks the popular Waterfront area and has both residential and non-residential spaces.
Now estate agent Whybrow & Dodds Ltd has advertised three units of non-residential uses for sale.
The price for a leasehold for these units ranges from £350,000 to £500,000.
The most expensive one is three floors tall and faces Key Street, while the other two have two floors each and face either side of the building.
Winerack's automatic car stacker sits in the middle of the three units, providing parking space for anyone going to the sites.
The units have a mix of use classes and are being advertised as restaurants.
Work on Winerack had begun in 2014, with the aim to make a residential highrise on the waterfront.
Developer John Howard had wished to integrate elements from the Waterfront with the more than 150 flats in the tower when he took on this project.
