Two retail units and three flats in Ipswich which was the home of a long-standing Ipswich dress shop has sold prior to going to auction.
The building, which is based in Norwich Road, was the home of the Beautiful Designs dress shop - which was founded back in 2005.
The shop closed in September last year and the building has been vacant since.
It was due to be sold by auction on Wednesday last week with a guide price of between £300,000 and £350,000.

The new buyer has bought two adjoining mixed use buildings comprising ground floor commercial and three self-contained one-bedroom flats.
There is also four parking spaces included in the sale.
It is not yet known what the retail unit will be used for, with the new owner having the option to lease it out or use for their own business.
