Water was seen bubbling up to the surface in an Ipswich road following a water main burst.
A video captured by Gemma Cunningham showed the water coming up from underneath Highfield Road, next to Norwich Road, in the town.
The issue was reported to Anglian Water on Saturday.
The road and the pavement became slightly flooded as a result of the burst water main.
A statement on Anglian Water's website reads: "We're sorry it's taking longer than expected to resolve this issue. We're working hard to make sure this is done as quickly as possible."
