"I said no!, I've never done anything like this in my entire life but she persuaded me to come along."
Fay is involved with a number of both local and national charities including; NSPCC, Ripple Suicide Prevention, Dallagio Rugby Works and Elements Child in Care.
Her fundraising goal is £12,000, with the first £3,000 to be donated to Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and the remaining funds will be split between her chosen causes.
She also spoke about the support that she has received from the people of Suffolk, saying: "It's come from local people who have supported me like Action Outdoors, Gilmour Piper and Hall Farm.
