A building which was home to a long-standing dress shop will go up for sale at auction next month after almost a year of being empty.

The building, which is based in Norwich Road, was the home of Beautiful Designs which was founded in 2005.

The shop closed around September time last year, and the building has been vacant since, despite being available for let since November 2023.

Now, Fenn Wright has listed the building as up for sale with a guide price of £300,000.

The property comprises of two adjoined mixed use buildings comprising ground floor commercial and three self-contained flats on the first floor.

There is also a secure car park for two cars and a forecourt that can provide parking for two further cars.

The property will be sold by auction on September 11 with a guide price of between £300,000 to £350,000.
