Men wearing face coverings stole cash, scratch cards and cigarettes during a raid at an Ipswich shop.
Officers were called to reports of a burglary at the East of England Co-operative shop in Clapgate Lane at about 12pm on Tuesday.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said four offenders entered with face coverings, one of whom stayed as lookout at the shop entrance.
The remaining three went behind the till and stole cigarettes, scratch cards and cash.
The suspects then left on foot in the direction of Landseer Road.
The police spokeswoman confirmed that nobody was hurt during the incident.
The four men have been described as white who were all wearing face coverings, dark jogging bottoms and gloves.
Anyone with any information related to the incident is being asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting the crime reference number 37/47314/24.
