Officers continue to investigate an assault where a man was struck by glass outside a waterfront bar.
Around 12.15am on Sunday (August 18), an altercation took place inside A Listers at Aurora Bar on the Waterfront.
The incident then moved outside before a man was struck with a glass bottle on the side of the head.
The man suffered serious head an facial injuries and was taken to hospital, another man injured his hand in an attempt to intervene.

It is believed the suspect left the scene on foot towards the University of Suffolk building.
A spokesman for Suffolk Constabulary has confirmed the investigations are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
