A boy was left with bite marks on his back after being bitten by a dog in an Ipswich park.
The incident happened at about 11.55am on Monday in Ellenbrook Park.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said the victim as in the river area of the park when a dog, not on a lead, jumped up and bit the boy leaving teeth marks on his back.
The dog has been described as a large brown and black dog.
The owner of the dog has been described as a white man, in his early 30s with brown hair and facial hair.
