A 27-year-old man has today appeared in court charged with the murder of a 26-year-old woman in Ipswich.
Logan Burnett, 27, of All Saints Road, Ipswich, appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court.
Wearing a grey t-shirt and dark sweatpants he appeared in court charged with the murder of 26-year-old Courtney Mitchell in Burrell Road.
Burnett was arrested on the morning of August 7, and was taken to Martlesham Police Station to be questioned.
Burnett was subsequently charged with the murder of Courtney Mitchell.
Burnett was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Ipswich Crown Court later today.
