Two knives have been discovered near the scene of an Ipswich murder investigation.
Emergency services were called to reports of a stabbing in Burrell Road, near the train station, at 7.10pm on Tuesday evening.
A woman in her 20s was pronounced dead at the scene and a murder investigation was launched.
A spokesman for Suffolk police has confirmed that two knives have been found in Burrell Road.

The road remains closed while police continue to investigate the murder with multiple cordons in place.
One cordon has been placed on the footpath between Burrell Road and Stoke Park Drive.
There will continue to be a big police presence in the town in the coming days.
No arrests have been made.
Anyone with information related to the incident is urged to contact Suffolk police, quoting CAD 330 of August 6.
