A town centre noodle bar and restaurant has shut its doors after two years but new tenants are on the way.
Following the closure of I Love Noodle in Carr Street in Ipswich, it can be revealed the business is set to be given a new lease of life when a new tenant takes it over in the not too distant future.
The premises, next to Costa Coffee, has been a noodle restaurant since November 2022 when the owners took the premises over after the former tenants Subway closed.
The property was being managed by independent estate agents Keystone, who have overseen the let.
A let has been agreed with a new tenant, but it is not yet known what this new business will be.
The building has permission for use of Class E, which can include restaurants, cafes, shops, offices or a GP surgery.
Also in Carr Street, Ipswich Bazaar has officially opened its doors selling a huge variety of multi-cultural products from around the world.
