The air ambulance has landed near a primary school in Ipswich.
The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance has been spotted landing close to Sandy Hill Lane near Pipers Vale Primary Academy on Friday afternoon.
The helicopter landed at about 3.30pm and land ambulances have also been seen nearby.
Full details about the incident are not yet clear.
The East of England Ambulance Service has been approached for a comment.
