A unit in the centre of Ipswich has become available for rent due to a nail and beauty salon looking to move premises to elsewhere in the town.

Coconails and Beauty Salon in Queen Street, Ipswich, is hoping to move to another premises in the town centre.

The unit, which measures at 563 sq ft, was posted by Penn Commercial on Thursday as available for rent, with it costing potential new businesses £13,000 per annum.

The two-storey retail unit has planning consent to be used as class E, meaning it could become a cafe, restaurant, GP, office, shop or remain as a beauty salon.

The ground floor of the unit is made up of the retail area with the first floor currently having a treatment room, staff area, kitchen and toilet.

It is understood that Coconails & Beauty Salon is potentially looking at a unit in Upper Brook Street, but a confirmed new location for the company is yet to be announced.

Coconails & Beauty Salon is still operating currently from 17 Queen Street in Ipswich.
