A busy road near Ipswich railway station will be closed for two days.
Stoke Street near Bridge Street will be closed on Wednesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 11 while Anglian Water carries out urgent work.
A five-mile diversion route will be in place while the road is closed.
People will still be able to access the railway station via Princes Street and London Road.
