The first wave of tickets for a music festival in Ipswich next year have sold out in under two hours following another successful year.
Brighten The Corners Festival is set to return on June 13 and 14, 2025, with the event already proving popular with the release of super early bird tickets.
The multi-venue music festival brought the town to life with music and entertainment last weekend.
140 volunteers and 80 paid staff made sure the event was a successful one, with many people visiting the five different venues, St Stephen's Church, The Smokehouse, The Baths, Corn Exchange and The Cornhill, to enjoy the festival.
Joe Bailey, festival director, said: "BTC24 was such a great success for us and Ipswich.
"My personal highlights were seeing the streets so busy, knowing that so many people were all on the same journeys traversing across the town.
"Seeing the audience engaging and having an amazing time is so rewarding.
"The Cornhill was busy throughout the weekend showcasing the best in regional talent and the energy in the indoor venues was unreal.
"It was a big step up from last year being our busiest festival yet and we're really excited to start work on BTC25, while continuing to encourage audiences new and old to come to events in our venues year round."
Brighten The Corners Festival 2025 will take place once again in the same venues, with more announcements to be made later this year and towards the start of 2025.
Marketing manager and volunteer coordinator Caitlin Whittaker added: "We had 140 volunteers across the festival weekend and in the run up, it was fantastic to see local people of all ages coming together to be part of a big collective.
"It was a brilliant opportunity for our youth project Tune Up of 16-25 year olds on the Cornhill stage to get a taste of what it takes to run a stage in the centre of town."
