Construction on a new eight-acre warehouse site in Suffolk has been completed, with prospective occupiers invited to open.
Trebor and Hillwood have completed their latest scheme, Access at Eastern Gateway Ipswich to the west of the town.
Work to construct the site on the outskirts of the town began in September last year with the hope the site will be ready from May this year.
Now the site is officially ready, with units ranging from 12,897 to 52,491 sq ft being available.
The development, led by Trebor Developments and Hillwood, working with contractors Magrock Ltd, is set to create about 300 jobs for the local area, in addition to the construction jobs who have built the units.
Greg Dalton, development director for Trebor Developments, said: "We're absolutely delighted with our finished product at Eastern Gateway.
"It has been a pleasure working with Ipswich Borough Council on furthering their vision for the site, as well as Magrock to ensure the units are delivered on programme and to the quality we expect.
"We look forward to welcoming the next round of occupiers."
Speaking previously, Ipswich Borough Council leader Neil MacDonald said: "Eastern Gateway is a development that is attracting new business into the local area, to boost the economy and create more jobs.
"From the initial masterplan in 2016, the first land sale in 2018, and progression into further phases of the project over time, I am really pleased to see Eastern Gateway take the next steps towards our goal of redeveloping this brownfield site to create new employment opportunities."
