An Ipswich man appeared in court after allegedly breaching a deportation order made seven years ago.
Marian Sandhu, 26, who is also charged with a burglary in Ipswich, appeared before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on Friday, June 7.
He was charged with knowingly entering the UK in breach of a deportation order which was made in 201.
He also faces one charge of domestic burglary which is said to have taken place in 2019 on Hadleigh Road.
The court heard from prosecutor Gareth Hunter who said jewellery and electronic devices were taken.
The defendant was arrested on February 30 this year in the UK after allegedly using a false identity.
Sandhu, of London Road, entered no pleas at the hearing and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on July 5.
