A farm in Ipswich will be swinging open its gates to the public as it runs a free open day including tractor rides, sheep sheering and mindfulness exercises.
The public can visit Pond Farm in Erwarton, near Ipswich, on Sunday, June 9, for free and find out what makes the farm life so special.

The event will include a sheep shearing workshop where visitors can get up close and personal with the farm life.

There will also be tractor rides and machinery workshops where you can learn how the heavy lifting is done and a yoga and mindfulness session which will take place in the nearby forest.
The open day, which starts at midday, is free to all, family-friendly and will offer a variety of refreshments and snacks.
