A shop premises in Ipswich has gone up for rent following the relocation of a pharmacy.
The shop, based in Ravenswood, has become available after previous tenant, Day Lewis Pharmacy, moved location to somewhere else within the retail area.
Day Lewis Pharmacy has relocated to Unit J, and is still operating, as well as their location in Norwich Road.
The site comprises of a semi-detached ground floor retail premises next to the Co-op Pharmacy at the back of the car park, opposite PureGym.
Currently, the premises has planning permission to be used for a variety of purposes, including retail, café, office, show room, healthcare and dentistry.
