There were long delays in Ipswich after a two-vehicle crash on the A14.
Drivers were being warned of long queues in most roads in the town as a result of the crash near the Orwell Bridge on Thursday morning.
According to the AA Traffic Map the worst affected roads were Wherstead Road, Vernon Street and Nacton Road.
Emergency services were called to the crash on the A14 involving two cars in the eastbound carriageway on Thursday morning.
A spokesman for National Highways said there were delays of around 60 minutes in the area after the two-vehicle crash.
The spokesman said one car had hit the central reservation.
One lane of the eastbound carriageway was closed.
