Located in Spring Road, near Ipswich Hospital, Barry's Fish and Chips is being auctioned by Auction House East Anglia.
The property comprises of the takeaway on the ground floor and three bedroom accommodation split across two floors, with an open plan kitchen and lounge area behind the commercial unit, and the bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
To the rear of the property is an outbuilding which is currently used as a prep room for the business.

In addition the lot includes a plot of land, also to the rear, which had planning permission for a two storey building consisting of a cafe on the ground floor, a two bedroom flat above, plus four car parking spaces.
The planning permission has since expired.
The property is being sold on freehold at a guide price of offers between £225,000 and £275,000, plus fees.
It is heading under the hammer with Auction House East Anglia at 11am on Wednesday, May 1.
