A new food menu has been launched in a bar in Ipswich town centre after a collaboration was reached between the venue and a food vendor.
Bar Twenty One, in St Nicholas Street, has teamed up with Urban Grill Ipswich.
Urban Grill, owned by Chris Collins and Nicole Watkins, is a catering company that has served its food at events around the county.
The grill, however, has now partnered with Bar Twenty One to serve a variety of street foods, including burgers, chicken wings, strips, ribs, loaded fries and souvlaki wraps.
Neil Hawes, co-owner of Bar Twenty One with Gareth Harper, said: "We wanted to utilise the kitchen and have a strong brand in here, and the two companies complement each other well.
"It's a really exciting time for us.
"We often have people coming to our quiz nights and they have asked for food, and on football days, we are now able to offer food before and after matchdays."
Mr Collins added: "We've known each other on a personal level for a number of years.
"It's nice to branch out into a different area.
"This is something different for us but we are very excited for it.
"It's a varied menu which suits the décor and the feel of the bar."
Food is launching on Thursday this week and will be available as eat in and takeaway from Thursday to Sunday, with Wednesday being a just takeaway day to begin with.
The team will be reviewing the opening days consistently.
Food will also be available on Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
The venue hosted a launch event for people to sample the food on Monday evening, with the bar packed out full of people enjoying the new menu.
