Up for sale is the 185 sq ft ground floor sweet shop site and the basement, ground floor, and first and second floors of the property next door.
Subject to vacant possession, it would be possible to combine both properties.
The Ipswich branch of the sweet shop has been open since 2008 and is near the Buttermarket and Sailmakers shopping centres, and both properties are Grade II listed buildings
The Mr Simms Sweet Shop franchise has been contacted for comment.
