There were long delays in and around Ipswich as a result of a serious crash on the A14.
A number of roads around the town were heavily congested, with delays of around 20 minutes near the town centre, according to the AA traffic map.
Wherstead Road was one of the most affected roads as drivers faced severe delays due to the crash, which happened on Wednesday afternoon.
There were also long delays in Nacton Road and Felixstowe Road.
Emergency services were called to the crash on the A14 involving a lorry and a car in the eastbound carriageway near junction 57 at Nacton.
Both carriagewayswere closed while police, fire and ambulance crews attend the crash.
