A town centre premises has gone up for rent after its previous tenant made the decision to downsize after 10 years.
Office space, which has the planning permission to be used as either retail, offices or café, has been put up for rent by Penn Commercial.
The space is situated in St Nicholas Street in Ipswich town centre.
The premises was formerly used by Paul Henri Botanical Hair Studio, which also has the premises next door.
The salon has been operating from both sites for the past 10 years, until last month, when they announced that they would be downsizing to just one shop, operating with a smaller team.
The property, which is 454 sq ft, is available to rent for £9,750 per annum.
