The air ambulance was spotted landing in an Ipswich park.
An ambulance and paramedic car were also spotted in Gippeswyk Park at about 5pm on Monday.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance stayed in the park for a short while before taking off again.
The nature of the incident is currently unclear.
The East of England Ambulance Service has been approached for a comment.
